We were so excited to be able to take part in this year’s Great Cloth Diaper Change!
This is a fun event that is aimed at breaking the world record for the most cloth diapers changed at once. More importantly, it’s a way of raising awareness about the benefits of using cloth.
We couldn’t participate last year, but we were excited that our schedules worked out to make the hour drive this year. We made a family day out of it!
Here’s our little lady all ready to get her booty changed!
Helping to break a world record!:
Everyone holds up their baby at the end. I think our event had between 50 & 60 people.
After this, we spent some time browsing some local shops, took a trip to Lakeshore Learning (one of our favorite places to stock up on crafts, toys and activities for Wren!), Trader Joe’s and then home to pick up our nephew for a sleepover. It’s been a fun and exhausting day, but we were really excited to be able to take part.
We have a few more things in store to conclude Earth Week…check out tomorrow’s blog for some more fun!!
